圍繞抑郁癥臨床診療及發(fā)病機制開展系列研究，以大數(shù)據(jù)輔助的循證醫(yī)學(xué)和深度機器學(xué)習(xí)為手段，構(gòu)建抑郁癥分層化、個體化的治療體系；結(jié)合現(xiàn)代分子生物學(xué)技術(shù)，探索抑郁癥的分子變化規(guī)律，為疾病的機制解析和臨床診療提供新的理論依據(jù)。

以第一和通訊作者在Evidence-based mental health（IF=13.54），International Journal of Mental Health and Addiction（IF=8.0），General Hospital Psychiatry（IF=7.59），BMC psychiatry（IF=5.738）等雜志發(fā)表SCI論文6篇；其它作者參與發(fā)表SCI論文13篇，總計IF=159分，單篇最高77.06。主持中國博士后科學(xué)基金面上資助，重慶市自然科學(xué)基金面上資助，重慶市博士后研究項目特別資助，重慶市2023一流學(xué)科建設(shè)（博士后培育項目）等課題。參研科技創(chuàng)新2030“腦科學(xué)與類腦研究”（青年科學(xué)家項目，500萬元），重慶市自然科學(xué)基金（杰出青年項目，50萬元）。申請國家發(fā)明專利1項，擔(dān)任European heart journal（IF=39.30）、BMC Psychiatry（IF=5.74）、Frontiers in Genetics（IF=4.77）等雜志審稿人。
