基本情況

Philipp Khaitovich(菲利普·哈伊托維奇)博士,俄羅斯斯科爾科沃科學與技術研究所神經(jīng)生物學和大腦康復中心主任,德國馬普協(xié)會進化人類學研究所資深研究員。先后主持中國科學院戰(zhàn)略性先導科技專項(B類)、國家自然科學基金國際(地區(qū))合作與交流項目、國家重點研發(fā)計劃子課題等科研項目。 在Science, Nature Neuroscience等國際頂尖雜志發(fā)表SCI論文107篇?,F(xiàn)任PLoS Biology,BMC Genomics國際刊物編委。入選2012年中組部外專千人計劃,獲國家友誼獎2013),中俄國家友誼獎2015),上海市白玉蘭紀念獎2013),中國科學院青年科學家國際合作獎

研究方向(含承擔課題)

主要研究包括:(1)通過多組學整合,研究人腦從發(fā)育到衰老過程中的分子和調控機制;(2)通過比較人類和近緣靈長類動物腦部在發(fā)育衰老全過程中的轉錄組、代謝組、脂質組等多種分子水平的變化,鑒定人腦特有的分子變化特征并據(jù)此探索人腦特有功能的進化機制;(3)通過比較健康人腦和具有認知相關疾病人腦在多種組學上的差異,研究人腦發(fā)達認知能力形成的分子機制。通過構建人腦和靈長類大腦動態(tài)進化發(fā)育的高維圖譜,將有助于對已有的神經(jīng)生物學成果進行整合,進而對深入了解大腦的功能。
